Kristalla brings an innovative approach to her role at The Local Agency Co. as her focus and passion is about building personal relationships. She has a large portfolio of landlords who she has been managing their properties for over 10 years due to her trusting and honest business ethics. A large number of clients and her wide network of friends regularly recommend her new business due to her professional and diligent nature. She manages multiple properties and blocks of flats for investors in all areas of the eastern suburbs as well as a large about of property for overseas clients. With over 16 years of property experience, Kristalla takes the time to listen and empathise with her clients to ensure that she has a full understanding of their needs.
Emma grew up on the central coast of NSW and joined our efficient team 2 years ago as she was seeking a more challenging role and decided real estate would be the perfect position for her next role and building on her current skills. Emma says the best part of the job is all the people you meet and interact with, also building relationships and making people happy by providing a service that is above expectations.
Sarah grew up in Sydney and at the age of 19, decided she wanted to travel and explore the world. She flew into London by herself and not knowing anyone, found work quickly with a well known cosmetics brand retailer. Sarah developed a strong skill in customer service and understood each clients needs and provided suitable options based on their requirements.
Bonnie grew up in the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. During the school holidays and after finishing year 12, Bonnie helped her parents with running their business and of one the most important skills she developed was listening and understanding clients needs and ensuring those needs were satisfied above the clients expectations. She recalls the best part of the job was the satisfaction of seeing a client walk out of their offices loving their new business logo that they had created. Outside of work you will find Bonnie enjoying walking her dog, time at the beach and cooking.
