				I chose Local Agency because I felt comfortable with the approach Michael Stavrianos took. He was friendly and easy to talk to.



I was relieved to have found such a good agent. No pressure nor excessive phone calls. I have a lot of praise for Michael and his company. Also, Ivy the secretary was delightful.

My unit sold within one week and very close to the price I asked for.

				Local Agency were wonderful. I was looking for a two bedroom unit in Sydney's Eastern suburbs for myself and my daughter with no rental history which I thought would make getting a unit difficult. I had become a bit despondent after seeing multiple units and making multiple applications and getting nowhere and then  I met the charming and very efficient Kristalla from Local Agency at a unit inspection. Krsitalla was very friendly, patient and very helpful but what really set Local Agency apart from the rest of the other agencies was the online application process was much simpler and easier to get through and once that was done everything fell into place like dominos and before we knew it we were in our new home. First class service. Highly recommended 🙂

So easy and pleasant to deal with.
